This about sums it up. It looks like five years of the FIFO (fly in, fly in) lifestyle is slowly coming to a close, and I can’t say that I’m sorry about it. Working 84 hour weeks in remote locations has taken its toll, and soon I might be able to get a life. I’ll know by the end of February what’s going on, but I’m already starting to look forward to having a break before I have to girl up and go corporate again. And to forestall your next question, Susan (heh), yes that means I’ll have time to write and draw … can you believe it?
