When’s the last time you let someone new into your life? It’s been a while, hasn’t it? What do you want? Do you long for a happy, love-filled life? Well, do you? Aren’t you tired of hiding behind your shyness and solitude? Stop using your insecurities as an excuse. You’re not perfect, but neither is anyone else. Get over it. Get over your shyness, and get over yourself. Let someone in, dammit. Let someone new into your life.

Relatable.

Very relatable.  There’s a comfort in routine, but an inherent loneliness sometimes as well.  For all that there are 7000 people here on the island, it’s very easy to feel cut off from the world.  I have no idea what I want, other than the desire to meet new people and maybe have some new experience.  That’s harder than it sounds, because the urge to stay at home on the couch with snacks and TV is overwhelming at times.  Still, the world isn’t going to come knocking on my door, I’ve got to get out there. 

Wherever ‘there’ is.
